Account Creation and Setup for Faculty/ Staff
To obtain an Engineering Account, have your departmental admin or IT person contact the SoE Help Desk by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Full name (First, last, and middle initial if desired)
- Department Name
- Status at UConn (Faculty, Staff, Visitor)
- If this is going to be a temporary account, the duration for which it should remain active.
Engineering email has been migrated to the University servers, so all email can now be checked in your email@example.com mailbox. For more information see here. It is against University policy for faculty or staff email to be forwarded to third-party providers. For more information please see forward.uconn.edu.
