Outlook 2011

  1. Make sure that you have the latest version of Outlook 2011
  2. If you do not have Office 2011 14.4.8 then go to step 3, if you do go to step 5
  3. Go to this link and download the installer: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=45872
  4. Run the Installer
  5. Select Outlook and in the top ribbon and click on Preferences
  6. Under Personal Settings click on Accounts
  7. In the new Accounts window, click the + sign in the bottom left corner and select Exchange…            20111

Enter your E-mail address, choose User Name and Password and enter your username with ENGR_STUDENT\ in front of the username and your password                                                                                                                                                                    20112
  9. Ensure that configure automatically is checked and click on Add Account
  10. Your account will add automatically, it may take a few minutes for all your emails/folders to load
