Faculty and Staff Lists
Faculty and staff lists are provided for internal communications. You must be a member of the appropriate “Engr Department– Admins” to send to any of these lists.
All departmental mailing lists begin with “ENGR – Department “. If you search for this in the address book, you will find all School of Engineering lists.
The department names are:
The lists are shown in the diagram below. Replace “Dept” with the name of the department shown above.
- Each list includes the members in the list below it. Therefore, sending email to “ENGR – BME All” will include all the faculty, staff, and visitors for the BME department.
- While using Outlook or Outlook Web Access (http://office365.uconn.edu), you can send using the display name (e.g. ENGR – BME All). However, you may also use the actual address of the list; this is shown in the small print underneath each display name. Note that the domain name of each address is @365.uconn.edu.
- Donna Thibault manages the membership of all faculty lists. Please contact her directly if you have updates that need to be made to those lists.
